Volunteerism is the way to go

A group of volunteers from the Syria Trust for Development (MASSAR & SHABAB) along with Massar's "Green Team" visited the S.O.S (Children Village) and organized interactive activities that are both entertaining and beneficial.

The volunteers not only organized, managed, and implemented the event; they also helped the Green Team in developing the learning materials that were presented at this event. This initiative comes in the direction of empowering the Syrian youth to be more active and take responsibility towards their communities. The Syria Trust for Development works on enabling people so they become the development agents in society and not on the receiving end.
