Massar has celebrated the 2nd anniversary of Amwaj Massar and the opening of Massar-e centre in Lattakia on Thursday 10 December 2009.
This new centre supports three projects: Massar Collaborate, Volunteer and Debate, which aim to stimulate in young people the sense of responsibility and citizenship, and to develop their communications skills using Information Technology.
Massar-e centre is equipped by an Internet access room to provide the young people with an easy access to Massar’s portal.
The activities of this open day were provided by the cyber team of Massar-e & the blue team of Amwaj Massar with a great participation and help from Massar’s volunteers in Lattakia.
The activities included Amwaj choir and an arabic rap band, that consists entirely from Massar’s beneficiaries in Lattakia. The visitors (over 1000) had the chance to enjoy the photo gallery of Massar’s journey across Syria.
