Development is a collabortive effort; Lattakia 2012 is going to be different 2012

The Local community in in Lattakia has started working on their annual plan for 2012 that will reflect the local needs and the areas for development intervention. The planning comes as part of the Syria Trust for Development's aim to empower civil society to be more active and take responsibility in the development process in Syria
